THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute junk. It's so terrible, it makes me want to throw up. I've tried it a million times, and it still fails miserably. The construction is pathetic, and the features are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so disappointed that I imagined I'd bought something functional
